Alexia is a globally recognized leading voice on environmental justice, climate policy, political ecology, liberatory education, traditional ecological knowledge, and youth activism. 

Alexia has been invited to give keynote addresses, lectures, host workshops, and speak on panels at the Washington Post, United Nations, New York Times, Earth Justice, Harvard University, Princeton University, Environmental Justice Leadership Forum and more.
